Leeds Health and Care Learning Portal can be accessed by anyone who is part of the Leeds Health and Social Care Workforce and provides a place to share learning opportunities to the workforce, across organisations. 

To access this site we would like your consent/agreement to the following:

• To contact you via the email address provided in your profile about any learning opportunities you have enrolled on/selected a ‘wait list’ function for. This includes any associated follow up actions such as feedback, providing supporting materials and/or anything else deemed necessary. 
• To contact you via the email address provided in your profile about any learning opportunities that may be of interest to you provided by the Leeds Health and Care Academy.
• To share information with your employing organisation regarding the learning opportunities you have accessed.
• The sharing of anonymised data with organisations across the Leeds Health and Social Care Workforce to better understand learning across the sector.
  
• Some content on our learning platform may not be suitable for those under the age of 16 due to its clinical nature as it may contain descriptions/images of medical conditions that are sensitive in nature. You are confirming that you are 16 years of age or over.
